Service & Mission

We take good care of the members and friends of our faith family by providing encouragement, company, prayer support, a safe place for children and by giving a helping hand when two aren’t enough.  We want Fremont UMC to be a safe place for people to be just who they are.  But, we are also equally interested in the welfare of others, whatever their circumstances.

Fremont United Methodist Church  seeks to address the issues and needs of our community, city, country and world through education, service and advocacy. There are many avenues to get involved and make a difference. We are always seeking new projects while supporting some long time efforts.

Details on our Service and Mission projects are on the following pages.

UMCOR Responds to Current Disasters

Our hearts and prayers go out to all of those affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.  We are also encouraged at the outpouring of God’s love that so many have responded to the call to help those in need. The United Methodist Committee on Relief is part of that response. UMCOR is working in coordination with annual conferences, ERTs, disaster response coordinators, and volunteers to provide support and relief to those impacted by the earthquakes in Mexico, Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. To join them in their work, please click here. Any support you can provide is greatly appreciate!
