Building Rental Spaces

WiFi is accessible in all areas of our building.

Rental space is available one-time or ongoing. Rates are based on use and time. Please contact: office at fremontumc.org for availability and pricing. We would love to meet you and support your activities.

Sanctuary: Incudes Reception Space and Outside Patio

Sanctuary, Reception and Patio: Reservation includes a four hour block of time for $300.

  • The Reception area has space for coffee service, up to 4 display tables, standing room for 20. Outside patio space partially covered.
  • Pew seating in the Sanctuary for 175.
  • Includes sound system using two wired mics.
  • Use of any projection requires you to hire our paid technician for the following fee.

Basic A/V Package: Additional fee of $150. 

  • Technician for up to 2 hours to include sound check 30 minutes prior to the event.
  • One Lapel Mic and up to 3 Wireless Mics.
  • Mounted screen 6′ x 8′ and projector.
  • Projection of your prepared slide deck and or videos.
  • Does not include livestreaming capacity.

Full A/V Package: Additional fee of $200. 

  • Technician for up to 3 hours to include one tech rehearsal of 30 minutes scheduled with the technician prior to the event.
  • One Lapel Mic and up to 3 Wireless Mics.
  • Mounted screen 6′ x 8′ and projector.
  • Projection of your prepared slide deck and or videos and can include our customized ProPresenter package for livestreaming.
  • Includes livestreaming of your event.

Fellowship Hall

Fellowship Hall: Reservation includes a four hour block of time for $200.

  • ADA accessible using a ramp from Fremont Street.
  • Space includes 20 banquet tables, 100 chairs, 15 cafe tables each seating 4.
  • Sound system with one wired mic is included.
  • Coffee and tea counter included.
  • Piano available (please verify tuning)
  • Full kitchen available at an additional cost based on intended use.

Community Room

Community Room: Reservation includes a four-hour block of time for $75.

  • NON ADA accessible, about 12 steps required to access this space.
  • Includes 40 chairs, 2 banquet tables, and small table for the center when using seating in a circle.
  • Classroom set up can fit 40 chairs.
  • Circle set up can fit 20 chairs.
  • Mini kitchen with coffee and tea service, microwave, mini fridge and sink available for catered meals.
  • Welcome space in the hallway entry can be used for guests to wait or gather for a conversation.
  • Media Cart with 65″ screen available for an additional fee of $25.

Conference Room

Conference Room: Reservation includes a four-hour block of time for $40.

  • NON ADA accessible, about 12 steps required to access this space.
  • Includes 20 chairs and 3 tables.
  • Conference set up can fit 12 chairs at the table.
  • Circle set up can fit 20 chairs.
  • Welcome space in the hallway entry can be used for guests to wait or gather for a conversation.
  • Coffee Trolly with coffee and tea service is available for an additional fee of $10.
  • Media Cart with 65″ screen available for an additional fee of $25.

Reception Room

Reception Room: Reservation includes a four-hour block of time for $40.

  • ADA accessible from a ramp to Fremont Steet.
  • Includes 20 folding chairs and 4 tables.
  • Space is carpeted.
  • This area is the reception space for the Sanctuary but can be used for any meetings needing ADA accessibility.
  • Coffee and tea service available.
