Ministries
Children
Childcare is available weekly during the worship service. Children, ages 0-3, are welcome in the Nursery and school aged children are invited each week to the children's space where our wonderful volunteers are ready with crafts and fun activities.
Youth
Every Sunday the youth participate in a check-in, discussion, and share a meal together. (Normally pizza!) Middle school youth meet from 4pm - 6pm, and high school youth meet from 5pm - 7pm. The overlapping hour is designated for a shared meal time.
Sacramental Living
A six-month, group-centered journey of spiritual formation. It is for those who are interested in either exploring the Christian Faith or seeking to renew and deepen their faith. It is gateway to Diving Deeper and to congregational membership. Class begins the first Sunday of Advent and ends the Sunday of Pentecost. The class meets weekly (with one- and two-week breaks). The specific day and time changes from year to year depending on those participating.
Music
At Fremont UMC there are many talented musicians. The choir sings an anthem every Sunday. Anyone is welcome to join the choir. They rehearse Wednesday nights at 6pm and Sunday mornings at 9am.
Currently choir is not meeting due to Covid-19.
