Justice, Equity, and Advocacy
Fremont is a justice seeking church and has committed members keeping our focus on working to end injustice in all areas of our lives, our church, and our community. We educate ourselves about justice issues, we encourage the congregation to take direct action and use our voices to advocate for justice as issues arise. We would welcome anyone with a passion for justice.
Fremont UMC is actively involved with the Interfaith Alliance on Poverty. This is a group of about 20 churches who have been working together for many years to address the systemic issues of poverty and recently started focusing on houselessness.
